By submitting and placing a wholesale order with GetCraftee, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following terms.
Wholesale Approval
Wholesale orders are available only to businesses that have been approved by GetCraftee.
To apply, please provide your name, business name and relevant business details when contacting us. Each application is reviewed individually, and approval is not guaranteed.
GetCraftee reserves the right to approve, decline or discontinue wholesale access where appropriate.
Wholesale Prices
Wholesale products are generally offered at 50% of the current recommended retail price (RRP) displayed on the GetCraftee website at the time your order is placed.
Retail prices may be updated from time to time. Stockists are responsible for checking the latest recommended retail prices before submitting an order.
Minimum Order Requirements
For new wholesale customers, the minimum opening order is £100, excluding delivery charges.
For repeat orders, the minimum order value is £75, excluding delivery.
A standard delivery charge of £8.99 per order applies.
Our usual production and dispatch timeframe is approximately 2 weeks after cleared payment. As our products are handmade and produced in small quantities, busy periods may occasionally require additional time. Where possible, we will let you know if your order is expected to take longer.
Payment
Wholesale orders must be paid in full before production or dispatch begins.
An order will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received and cleared.
Product Branding & Packaging
GetCraftee products must be sold with their original branding, packaging, labels and product information.
Stockists must not remove, cover, modify or replace GetCraftee branding or product information.
Products must always be presented accurately and must not be represented as products designed, produced or supplied by another business.
Designs & Intellectual Property
All GetCraftee designs, product concepts, photographs, written content, artwork and other creative materials remain the intellectual property of GetCraftee.
Wholesale customers may not reproduce, copy, modify or recreate our products or designs for commercial purposes.
This includes creating substantially similar products, adaptations or imitations that could be confused with or compete directly with GetCraftee products.
Where Wholesale Products Can Be Sold
Approved stockists may sell GetCraftee wholesale products through their own physical retail locations and their own online stores.
Our wholesale products must not be listed or resold through third-party marketplaces or resale platforms without prior written approval from GetCraftee.
Handmade Products & Children's Items
Our products are handmade and may be produced in small batches. Because of the nature of handmade production, minor differences in colour, texture, finish or appearance may occur between individual items.
These natural variations are part of the handmade character of our products and should not automatically be considered defects.
Where products are intended for children, they should be used only as directed and with appropriate adult supervision where required.
Some craft and activity products may contain small components and may not be suitable for children under 3 years. Stockists are responsible for ensuring that appropriate age recommendations, instructions and safety information are clearly communicated to customers.
Stockists must not modify product contents, instructions, warnings or safety information supplied with GetCraftee products.
GetCraftee cannot accept responsibility for damage, injury or other issues resulting from incorrect use, alterations or failure to follow the supplied instructions and safety guidance.
Food & Sweet Products
Where GetCraftee products include sweets or other food-related items, they are prepared and packaged in accordance with the applicable food safety requirements.
Ingredient and allergen information is provided with the relevant products and should remain clearly visible to customers.
Stockists must not open, alter, mix, repackage or relabel food products supplied by GetCraftee.
Food products must be sold in the condition in which they were supplied, with all relevant packaging and information intact.
Stockists are responsible for ensuring customers have access to the appropriate ingredient and allergen information before purchase.
Returns, Damaged & Faulty Products
Because wholesale products are prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for unwanted, unsold or change-of-mind stock.
If your order arrives damaged or an item is found to have a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery.
Please include clear photographs and details of the issue so that we can investigate it.
Depending on the circumstances, GetCraftee may offer a replacement, repair, credit or refund.
Liability
Once an order has been delivered, the stockist is responsible for the safe storage, handling, display and sale of the products.
GetCraftee will not be responsible for indirect losses, loss of revenue, loss of sales, loss of profit or other consequential losses arising after delivery of the goods.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would not be permitted by applicable law.
Ending a Wholesale Relationship
GetCraftee may suspend or end a wholesale relationship if a stockist fails to follow these terms.
This may include, but is not limited to, unauthorised copying of products, removal of branding, misuse of intellectual property, unauthorised marketplace selling or inappropriate use of our products.
Any outstanding orders will be reviewed and handled according to the circumstances.
Changes to These Terms
GetCraftee may update these Wholesale Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version published on our website will apply to wholesale orders placed after the updated terms become effective.
Stockists are encouraged to review these terms periodically to ensure they are familiar with the current requirements.
Acceptance of Terms
